I am a vivacious, charismatic, and passionate dermatology physician assistant, wife, mother, pageant queen, and suncare fanatic (AKA: THE “Sun Queen”)!
I have been a dermatology physician assistant for over 10 years, and public health regarding sun protection education is near and dear to my heart. I see patients daily with skin cancers, and most of these cancers could be prevented from proper and continued sun protection beginning early on in life.
Because of my experience in dermatology, I developed “Sun Queen” because I intend to provide a product that is safe for all, easy to use, and full of personality in order to have fun reducing skin cancer risk and premature aging! My goal is for everyone to become a “Sun Queen!”
Because of my calling to help others, I created a nonprofit, “Sun Queen’s Radiant Reach.” I am Mrs. Kentucky 2025 and loved having this platform to discuss the importance of sun protection at a state and national level. Now that this season of my life is coming to a close, I still want preach the word of proper sun safety in order to reduce the social, emotional, physical, and financial impact of skin cancer through prevention. As such, a percentage of proceeds from “Sun Queen” sales will go toward “Sun Queen’s Radiant Reach”.
